Marea Alta, which translates as high tide, was established in 2016 by Enrique Valentí and specialises in chargrilled fish and smoked dishes. They source each type of fish and seafood from the Spanish port that produces the best quality product; tuna from Cádiz, red prawns from the Catalan seaside town of Palamós, to name but two.
